My first Literature Circle meeting!!!

Hi everyone,welcome back to my blog💃.Hope you enjoyed reading my other post about GEG😁.So as you guys see the title👯Matilda!Matilda is a really joyful book to read plus it's written by Roald Dahl a really famous book writer.In LH6 we all have these cool literature circles where we read a book with our teacher and our team who is reading the same book as us.I enjoyed a lot but was a bit nervous to.Well,in these L.C we have roles to complete we have the Discussion Director who mostly leads the meeting and asks questions about the book,there is a Word Master who picks a word from the book and writes the meaning of the word and explain what it means they also draw it,there is a Summariser too who tells us what has happened so far in the book in their own words,there is a Connector too who makes connections about things that happens in the story with another book their own life and some connections about the world,there is also a Passage Picker is a someone who picks a paragraph then explains a little bit more about it and lastly there is a illustrator who draws what has happened in the story in the story.😪😪.So I was the discussion director in my group I asked three questions from the group and they answered it.They also shared their own learning to.I had bad throat so I could not speak nicely.But still my group still enjoyed and thanked me.I had a lot fun looking forward for the next meeting.What I really liked about the meeting was that at the end everyone got to thank someone they liked throughout the meeting.I thanked everyone because everyone had a really awesome part to play in the meeting it was lovely.                  

GEG!!!

Hi guys,welcome back to my blog😅.So today,I just want to get started with today's blog because this blog post is going to one of my most favourite and most remarkable blog posts every done in the history.You will get to know why soon.Well GEG is an event held for kids and adults,GEG is related to google what you basically need to do is that you need to prepare a workshop about google app that you know a lot about then sign up for GEG and people will come and attend your workshop and learn about that google app.Well,that's what me and my friend did. Komal and myself did a presentation  about this really fun app called Prezi!!We enjoyed a lot exploring this new app as well as the people who came to our workshop.There were three sessions our workshop was in session two.We started the day with a grand opening from the #Oresome Young Ocean Explores!!They told us about their adventures they have done in the ocean it was fantastic hearing about them!!

After that,to start the day some learners from LH6 including me did a our welcome song Te Arhoa it was a bit scary but we still enjoyed.Soon,it was time to go to your first workshop! I decided to go to this cool workshop called Awesome animations.It looked it was really a really cool workshop so I decided to go to it.Well,they taught us how you can animate on google slides.What I really liked about them was that they were not shy,they spoke clearly and they were always around to help us.I enjoyed a lot there.Now it was time to eat!

Once we had finished eating we quickly rushed to our workshop to get ready.I was really nervous,soon people from other schools had started rushing towards our workshop ahhhhhhhh!! really scary.But still we manged.So we started our workshop!!!!
 We started off by introducing ourselves then slowly slowly started using the app but........ Technology was not supporting us that day some people could not get on it and we wasted most of our time on getting on.When they started using the app time was up! So I thought they did not enjoy.First I felt a really upset but then I thought that Everyday is not a good day but   there is something good in everyday
So I tried my best and the result is in front of me and you.But I enjoyed.After that,it was time for session three!! So I decided to go to Build your wild self! I have used that app before but still that time I had not explored that app a lot,so I got to explore it at the workshop.

Lastly,it was time to end the day so we all gathered all up and the GEG team gave out special awards.Like One free chrome book,chrome cast,chrome book cases and other cool things.Then some learners from LH6 came up and sang E toru na mai.The day was FAB!!

               Speech Writing

Hi everyone,welcome back to my blog.Hope you had a great time reading my other post about curious club.If you have not read that then go read it right now!😁.So as you guys can see the title of my blog Speech Writing❤.Today was a fine day because it was raining outside really rapidly,that's why Ormiston Primary School did not get any fresh air today. But the best part of my day in LH6 was speech writing!!👥.Yes In LH6 the learners are working on speech writing everyone's speech is on climate change😊.So I worked on my speech and it was fantastic working on my speech.Now I will tell you how I was feeling in the start of the lesson,during the lesson and at the end of the lesson and my next steps.

  

In the start of the lesson I was feeling really happy because,I had a passion of carrying on with my speech and I was full of ideas that I would put in my speech.In the start of the lesson I was thinking of putting lots of emotive language so my readers would get a great impact on them.Some words I put in my speech was....guilty,horrified,terrified and extremely I put more than that but just can't remember☺.My other target was to include rhetorical questions so my readers mind would think about all the things that maybe I have not thought about.Today I could not complete that target but I will try to next time.

During the workshop I was feeling really angry because I was looking for some amazing facts about NZ's forests,but whenever I typed in something it just did not give me the right information I needed{ahhhhhhhh}So I kept looking for stuff but still nothing.Then I gave up because I was wasting time,then I just put the information I found I pretty sure it was fine.So I have completed my introduction and my shocking statistics.

    At the end of the workshop I was really relived because I got my exit ticket.The exit ticket was two paragraphs.Because I wasted my time on the facts that's why I could not introduce my charity.But the generous Miss Love said that I have done enough and I  can go to break time.My next steps might be to focus on what I am doing and finish my speech.

Curious club!!!

Hi guys,welcome back to my blog💃.I hope you guys had a really good time reading my other posts about other things💥.Today as you guys can see the title of my post... Curious Club😱.So when I go home sometimes I a bit bored but I still have lots of things to do at home like Mathletics,Bug club and Matic.But sometimes when I am bored I go outside and chill but now it's winter can't even go out anymore.Then one day,💣💣 I GOT A GREAT NEWSSS that was all about the curious club.When Miss Brambor told us that wants a few learners from LH6 to attend this cool club😎😎 where we will be extending our knowledge about things,I was like 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃 because at least I will be busy and learning about new things not only that but my brain is always going to working!!😅.So finally 💦💦 that day arrived when it was curious club..I was really excited and delighted so when the day ended I rushed to curious club and was there 😀😁😂 .Soon it started and we were introduced to the NZ curriculum and how we have to reach level 4 .Then Miss Brambor showed us a video about homeless people.After that, we talked about how this was effecting us, how it was effecting them,what causes this to happen,what could we do to stop this and all sorts of other things.Overall It was super duper fun💙💙.I am looking forward to next week's class.See you all!!!💜💜

                             What is an Emoji Reflection? 

Emoji reflection can be done digitally or even in your book LH6 does it in both.Emoji reflections are usually used to make reflections more inviting and fun.In LH6 everyone loves the Emoji Reflection and so do I.Now our new wondering might be on how you do it????Okay so first you think about your day/week then you pick 1 or three emoji that you think were the best pick for you during your day/week.After that you explain why you picked that or those emojis.Now you now how my reflection
on this week is going to be,I am picking three emojis so let's get started!!!!!

The first emoji I picked is this.I think for me this emoji fits  because this week was a really busy week I thought that  because this week there was a big clash between my GEG  presentations and my leaner led Hui presentation.I had to make sure everything was all up to date and was prefect.So I sat there everyday doing things and  of course mathletic,matic and bug club.So that's why it was a busy week for me.
        



The next emoji that I pick is the yawing emoji.I picked that because due to some many things happening this week like    swimming,leaner led hui and GEG,I felt I bit tired and just wanted to sleep for 5 years that;s how tired I was but still it was a fun week full of lots of fun thing to do.










The last emoji that I pick is the happy face emoji!!!!!!!!
I pick that emoji because at the end of the week I was feeling really happy that everything went well.My GEG practise went well,my leaner led hui went wonderful and mostly swimming was the best!!
So at the end of the week everything went well so I was over-joyed!!

Prefixes

Hi guys,welcome back to my blog❤❤.Hope you guys had a great time reading my other blog post on Mexico If you don't know what I am talking about 😐 then go down and read that one to😌😌.So toady was a really exciting day💃 wanna know why👏 okay then let's get started........... So it was a fun day because 👤 it was the first day of TERM 3👍👍.It was a super day full with lots of fun things to do💖💖.One of those fun things were PREFIXES!💣💣.Yes it was so much fun learning all about prefixes.I really enjoyed the workshop,but in the start of the workshop I was something like this when I heard the word prefixes😨😱😰.I was a bit worried and nervous because I never knew what that word meant and even though nobody knew it around me as well I still thought that everyone knew it EXCEPT ME😩.But nooooo I leaned something new today and that was all about prefixes.So let me tell you all about prefixes then we can get carried away in our talk later on okay😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

                              What is a Prefix?

A prefix is a word letter or a number that is placed before another.But it's not all that well mostly in prefixes you find words that you can break up and find the meaning of easily.Something like Dishonest  S0 the word in red is the prefix Dis.If you can make connections with your prior knowledge you can figure out that if a normal word has Dis in front of it.It most of the time means something that is not right.So now we know that Dis stands for bad or not right.We already know that meaning of honest is a really true person who never tell's lies.So we know that Dis is not right or bad and honest true person so it means not telling the truth.So again let me tell you the meaning of prefix.Prefix is like two words that are combined together and you can find the meaning of it easily.Prefix also changes the meaning of the word. 

                          What is a Root word?

Root words.So when you hear the word Root word what do you think of? Well when I hear that word I think of the trees.Because trees have roots to them from which they grow the trees and they give us clear air and yummy fruits.Then I think of word hummmmmm word root word.Maybe it means the main word because a root is something main to the tree right.Well I will tell you the meaning of root word.The meaning of root word is the basic meaning of any word you find.Just like trees that's where you could find the main meaning of the word.When you have a prefix and a suffix in the middle is the root word so if you want to know the meaning of the word you look in the middle for the root word.Like the word Drinkable the word drink is the root word because when you look at drink you get that the word is related to drinking then you look at the suffix which is able.So able means something that you can do and drink is that you put so liquid  into your body.If we want to put a prefix it would be something like this reappear.Blue is prefix red is root word and purple is suffix.

                            What is Suffix?

Suffix.As in the previous paragraph you guys saw how I have used the word suffix all the time right? Now I will tell you all about the word suffix.Suffix is not a word but it is something that is used on the end of words.Suffix is added on the end of a long word that has a prefix but sometimes the word does not have a prefix.Like the word helpful red is the suffix and blue is root word.Here are some Eg of suffixes:En,able,er,ment,less,ed and full.

Mexico......

Hey guys,welcome back to my blog.I hope you are having a #Oresome time in your holidays.Well it is Saturday of the 2nd week in our holidays today.I am super excited 😁 to go back to school❤.Well that's because I was checking the iDesign and what I found was super cool😍 you guys want to know what that cool thing was okay then let's get started💕💕💕.So as I was flicking through the iDesign I saw something👀 and that was something about cultures.It said 💣....that we will be learning all about different cultures.💃💃 The choices are  Mexico{Miss Love} Scotland{Miss B and Greece{Mrs Croll}👍👍.There are also sub topics for us to learn about and they are💨💨 Celebrations,icons,maps and food💥💥.I decided to do Mexico with Miss Love and my sub topic I decided to do was celebrations💃💃💅💅.So here is my research on Mexican celebrations👯

The first celebration I will be talking about is Day of the Dead 💂.Well don't be sacred what you are thinking is wrong this is a friendly festival so let's talk about it😃😃.The Day of Dead is basically based on the indigenous culture it is  a colourful tradition where Mexican people celebrate the indigenous culture.The Day of Dead has something else interesting about it to that is....................................................................................................................................................
Mexicans find that death is more of a cause to celebrate rather then mourning.They do that because they believe that if they celebrate once the person died that persons spirit is kept very much alive in a place called Pátzcuaro, the Día de Muertos mecca.This festival is held each year on November the 1st and 2nd.

The 2nd celebration I will be telling you about is the Guelaguetza Festival.Yes even this is a really famous festival held in Mexico.In the Guelaguetza festival what the do is really fun.What they do is they do their regional folkloric dance and music in colourful cloths.This festival is held in July the place that they do it in is called Oaxaca.This festival is really old and is passed down over centuries and centuries.This event takes place in a large hall on top a a hill.Many small towns host a smaller version of this festival.

The last event I will be talking about  is the Festival del centro histrico.This festival is basically where people showcase all sorts of cultural expressions  and what happens there is..............................................................................................................................................................
They show their dance,opera and visual arts.This festival is held in different places in Mexico.

Kagan Group Problem Solving

Forest and Birds

Hi guys welcome back to my blog👋.Oh well I am pretty sure what you guys are thinking about.You guys are thinking about my title Forest and Bird.Well before I carry on don't forget to comment down in comment box below don't go with out doing that.So let';s get back to it well Forest and Bird is a charity that keeps our native animals and plants safe this charity works for NZ only😀.This charity is a really good charity because it does sooooo many projects to keep NZ clean and safe😳.So our literacy topic in LH6 is that we need to persuade the learning coach's to donate to a charity that we think is best for them👯.But to persuade the learning coach's we all need to do a SPEECH!😷.Yup you heard me right well my feelings are sad and happy.That's because I am really nervous the nervous person on EARTH!💀.I am happy😛 because I get to research on things and learn new things of course.Today we started doing our work I chose my first charity to do and that charity was Forest and Bird😁.But I did a BIG MISTAKE!That was that LH6 and Miss Love we all did a wagoll{What a good one looks like}together on the charity Forest and Bird I was too into my work that I forgot and I did my info about Forest and Bird😱.But the kind Miss Love told me not to do that next time but she let me go because I had put in some extra info into my work so that is why💃.Well when I came home I got really good idea and that was to research on Forest and Bird so I took out my home learning book and started to put info into it so let me tell you the info I put in.

Forest and Bird  is a charity that helps our native animals and plants to stay safe.This charity was formed in 1923 and has about 80,000 supporters helping them today.They are helping us by keeping our streams clean ,finding a place for endangered animals and mostly try to stop climate change because of climate change animals are losing their habitats. Some of the conservation projects they do are Place for penguins,North-west wildlink,Ark park,Bat recovery,Bay of plenty restoration,Motu manawa restoration,NZ fairy tern and Kaimai Mamaku campaign.

Little bit about North-west wildlink:
Well the North-west wildlink is all about keeping all our areas clean that includes keeping our river banks and streams clean to.Well they do that because they want NZ to be clean.The sea animals that live in river banks are being killed because we are throwing rubbish and they are being trapped into things like plastic bags,so forest and bird are trying to stop that by helping us.

So this story is about the Thea sisters on a adventure.Well,Nicky's poor sheep have started to lose their wool. Nicky find's out that someone is lead poisoning her sheep.When Nicky told her grandma about that her grandma sent her elders a message about that.After that her grandma told her that the elders will know cure for this lead poisoning.So the Thea sisters went on a adventure to find there elders.When they found them they gave them the cure and the sheep's were fine.

NO EXCITEMENT FOR BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!💔

Well on Tuesday the 13th June it was our exciting netball game{WOW}if I tell you I had a lot of fun there my dad came along to watch to.My friends were there to Komal and Samantha they were in the team.Firstly myself,dad and Komal got LOST😑we could not find the netball courts😂.But after a million years, we found it.We were not to late.Most excitedly,we were about to start our first game😰😱
everyone was nervous but I was delighted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The #Oresome netball team had a quick warm up and we ready for the game.1 2 3 GOOOOOOOO👍👍
After all our difficulties we had finished but we were not happy about that were joyful about that we   won 👌Our team had got 10 goals and they had 7.Not be mean{but they were easy👯}Anyways we carried on {this team was hard👹}but we did not give up to that team.All of us got a TIE! on 6👏.After that, we were told that it was time for iBreak 1 😷.Hummm now the bad part comes up.💪 Now we were about to play or 2nd to last game💖.Well my buddy from the other team was strong  just like me👅 but she was a bit to rough on me.I still manged but then she pushed me while I was getting the ball so the ball fall out of my hand😨. Unfortunately,I fell to the hard,rough ground and peeled my skin from my knee😱😱😱😱.OOPS are you okay everyone asked?
I answered back in confidence "Yes".Soon,it was half time by the time I looked at my knee it had started bleeding it was soaking blood.Sadly,I had to stop the game I went and got a plaster done.But in the really last game I still played.

In a blink of a eye,I had come home with a hurt knee everyone was worried but I was not I got my plaster changed again.Finally,from a hard day at netball I tucked myself into my soft,cosy bed.

The very next day,I woke up really annoyingly because............................................................😇
every part of my body was hurting soooo bad🙉.I barley could not walk.Plus my knee was hurting to😟😟.So I struggled the whole day with my body parts and my knee.

So basically I was busy in that.I could not even think about my birthday that is this Friday 16th June💚💚Don't forget do comment byeeeeeeee💃💃💃💃💃

Hi everyone,welcome to my blog I hope you had a great time reading my other blog post on NYLD happiness.So let's get started on my great  day at NYLD                           

              Fun starting
So first in the early morning all the year 6's met in LH6 to go to NYLD. Soon,we were in the large bus the bus was filled with talk and happiness about NYLD.In a blink of an eye,we had reached NYLD I was like wow!!! their were so many kids from different schools,I thought to myself that it was going to be a really nice day meeting and getting to know other people.After that,we took some photos it was really fun.Finally, we had entered the massive hallway filled with so many people.I looked around there was a huge stage that was really strong and wide,It was also filled with seats and also when I jumped into my seat there was unique pen and a cute.minor sized booklet.I quickly put my bag to the side and I had a read of.HUMMMMMMMMMMMM I wondered in the          Booklet there was a list of people in it I never knew one person but I did                 know that they were speakers.In the booklet it also said what is important                 and what is my opinion.

Soon,the large screen in front of me started and I began to listen.Suddenly.the funny host arrived and entertained us a little but  after that they invited Aaron Jackson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 Well Aaron Jackson told us some unique stories about when he was about our age. Basically his topic was about being invisible so not been seen anywhere.

After that my most fav one Daniel Flynn came up on stage.He told about his hard time when he was trying to get his Thank you water company up running.Daniel told us about Impossibility is only someone's opinion not a fact.I was just so inspired by that because even in my life there were so many stages where I thought I could not do this and I gave up.But after that saying I understood that I can do anything if I have the courage to do things.I loved Daniel because I don't know there was a feeling of a true person doing something good for the country.Sometime this happens that you don't know but something or somebody just touch's your heart and you don't know why.That's the same with MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE❤       
Later on,somebody else who was really famous came up on stage that was JODI BROWN!!!!😀 If you don't know who Jodi Brown is she is a netball player she play's for the sliver ferns,{She's really good better then me😀}.Even she told us about how she became a netball player it was really hard for her to reach the sliver ferns.Jodi told us about when she was a kid she used to play lots of games.One more thing she told us about was that when she went for her training she was really lonely because she was away from her family she told us that their will be stages like that where we will have to be away from our family,but we need to learn how to settle down in a place you don't know.

Their were more NYLD speakers and I had a lot of fun.Unfortunately,it was time to leave so we sat in the bus cracking jokes with Miss B and Mrs Croll.

Hello everyone, welcome back to me blog.I am so glad to see you back.Hope you had a sweet time reading my other blog post on Kagan groups.SO LET"S GET STARTED!

As the title says NYLD happiness! Now you guys are wondering 'WHAT NYLD IS!?'

So NYLD stands for National Young leaders day.So all the Year 6's are going to that wonderful event that has been set up for us. 

Why NYLD is so famous?
So I took my time and researched on NYLD.I found out so many interesting facts on NYLD so now let me tell you about my facts now.So NYLD has been running for so many years,but all this started in  2001 and is still going on and I wish it keeps on going. NYLD is a great time for all the Year 6's to be a bit more confident in speaking in front of people. NYLD is a very good time for Year 6's to practise their leadership skills in front of a lot of people. NYLD is held in Major cities of NZ.Children and Teachers from all over NZ come to this wonderful National young leaders.About 110,000 students come to this event that is so cool.
My opinion on NYLD
Well my opinion on NYLD is.................................
I think it will be a jam packed day with lots and lots of exciting activitys.I have not been there before but it sounds really really fun.I think that I am sort of confident in speaking in front of everyone so from NYLD maybe I will be a bit better.

Kagan Groups

 Hi you guys,I am so glad to see you back,hope you had a great time reading my other blog post on the Buddha Temple.And welcome to my blog so let's get cracking{LOL}

So a few weeks ago myself and my lovely,wonderful class LH6 were introduced
to a new thing by our beautiful,intelligent Miss Love.Well of course you want to know what that thing was and that thing was our Kagan Groups!.Now you are Curious to know what those are?

So let me tell you what they are before you jump off your seats to know what it is.
Well Kagan in not an acronym  for anything is it just named after the people who invented these Kagan Groups so Mr and Mrs Kagan.

Well basically what these are: Kagan groups is like an pocket sized,minor chart that say's, A B C D and says 1 2 3 4 lastly,it has some colours on and those are Blue,Red,Green and Yellow.We mostly do everything with the colours and remember everything with colours.

The chart has a face partner and a shoulder partner in it.My group number is 25 and the people in my group are Toni,Gary,Tonguu  and myself.

I think that Kagan groups are very #Oresome because in them we get a chance to speak up in a group and share our learning with other people.Also sometimes we always chose our friends as our buddies for everything {That is me}Then we always talk and talk with our mates and don't get any work done,so in this way we can get a lot of things done and this is also a time for good learning and connecting with others.

Because as our Kind,pretty Mrs Person says that if one part of  a machine stops working the whole thing will stop  working and that is how if one person from a group is not focused everyone else is not going to have fun and not get any learning done. Kagan groups are very cool and #Oresome!!!!

So on Friday the whole
of OrmPS went to the awesome,wonderful Buddha Temple! Well unfortunately it was heavily raining that day.But we still had a lot of fun there.So let me tell you all about the enjoyable,delightful adventures we had there.So firstly from OrmPS our huge and enormous bus drove to the Buddha temple.Once we reached there we all said hi to everyone.Later we formed some groups which we would stay in to do our awaiting activity.After that we learned an 3G and 4G song.Now you guys must be wondering what that is so let me tell you what that is so. 3G=Say good words Do good deeds Think good thoughts. 4G=Give others hope Give other Joy Give others Confidence  and Give other convenience.So I was in group 1 we went to watch how Buddha was created.First we gave a bath to the Buddha's figure that was there.Next we went inside and had a look at the movie it an very lovely movie.After that we flew over these fake flowers as bees.Then we wrote on these pretty leaves what we want to do in our lives that is going to be  very good for us and people around us.Next we all went to the main place where the real big Buddha was placed.It was very huge and tall.The Buddha was wearing and golden sparkly blanket to cover him.Outside there were to things one was an bell the other was an drum.The bell was rang at 8:00 clock in the morning followed by the drum.Those to things are there to wake us up in the morning and to tell us that there are lot's of things to do in the day.The bell and drum are also played at 4:00 clock to.Later on in the day we went to the garden well it was to hard to hear everything that day that is why I could understand everything the lady was saying but in the garden there was an wish bell.Lastly we went to make fav the Flowers!!!!!! Yes we went to make the beautiful,charming lotus flowers.In the lotus flowers we made were the colours pink and green they looked quiet wonderful with it.To end the trip we watched an another movie to explain how we can use 3G and 4G. Police came there to and we all showed them and gave them ideas of how we can use 3G and 4G.They even did an cute little play for us to.When we were nearly about to leave we got these cool,bright bells that would fly when we said "3G 4G"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And Finally we drove back.        

Mathletics Award

So in LH6 we have been doing a lot of fun and cool things and one of them is Mathletics.Mrs Pearson decided to give out everyone's mathletics  awards each week.Now the first leaner to get eight mathletics  awards might be the lucky one who will earn a ten point token.Now I have 3 awards ALREADY only need 4 MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well this morning I got an ten point token because I got the highest mathletics points and the big thing is that I got an sliver award is'nt that cool.

Hi everyone welcome back from the little break but in this small,pocket sized break I have done I lot of things.Do you want to hear all bout it?Well I guess it is a yes.

So a few weeks ago I got selected to go to this fun activity that was held outside of school.That was EYE ON NATURE.So basically what we get to do there is learn more about our environment so we are safer and a better environment.This activity was held at the botanical gardens it was super fun.Now hear bout what I have learnt there.

So over there I took a lot of notes about what I learnt I even had a notebook with me and that is the lovely notebook I wrote my notes on about my trip.So here it goes.........................................

Firstly we went to the butterfly section it seemed to look quiet a fun place to be at.From that workshop I learnt that a butterfly is very sensitive.Sometimes or actually always we scream when bees come to us but did you know that if we do that the bees can die and they help our environment grow and if they die it will be a disaster so if a bees comes on you  should just stand still and let it do whatever it wants to.Bees and butterfly pollinate our flowers.There are lots of types of butterflys and bees.In that workshop I had to became a flower I was looking weird but it was fun overall.Next we went for a #Oresome bush walk in a cool cold forest.Over there I learnt a lot about native birds and trees.Tuis love the Kowhai tree and it drinks the nectar out of the kowhai tree they just love that  tree.

The food that kereru like are berries.I also found out that kereru can eat the biggest berries in the jungle.Well next we had a look at the fan tail.I got to know that the Maori name for a fan tail is pea waka waka that is a cute name.The fan tail loves to eat little insects in the tree.Another thing is that we got do found about an owl.That owl's name was mo pok.It's Maori name is ruro ruro.The mo pok loves on a Pu ri ri tree.

On the way I saw wonderful waterfalls that were looking quiet cool.When we walked in the bush it was very cold out there.It was very muddy there too.There were huge,giant Bridges there to underneath them were flowing rivers.In those flowing rivers were some dogs enjoying there trip to the bush.Well in the fish workshop I even held a fish it was a cold,fat fish. was very sacred but at last I held it for sure.

So basically that was my day at eye on nature                  

Ancient Egypt

             In LH6 me and my group collaborated to do a  iExplore about Ancient Egypt.

                              So the members in my group were Gracy,Komal, Norah and myself.

                              The thing that went well in our iExplore was that our double door hanger{that was our                                   presentation}Well that went well because it looks fab and plus we finished it on time.

                              I think our next steps might be to finish our research earlier and make our cover nicer.

                              Well we chose this topic because we found it interesting and it was very cool.
